Cancellation Policies
No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment.
Appointments changing with less than 48 hrs ' notice of your appt time will be charged a deposit. Our bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
If less than 48 hrs' notice is given, the booking deposit is not transferable to another appt, and the booking fee will be forfeited. NO EXEPTION. If more than 48 hrs' notice is provided, your booking deposit will be reverted to a credit kept on your file.
If you do not attend your appointment, you will be required to pay the full price of the service as a deposit for your next appt.
If you arrive later than 10 mins on your appt, your booking fee will be forfeited, and you will need to rebook your appt.
If you are booking a cosmetic tattoo appt and have an existing tattoo in the area you're booking for, please email us clear photos of your existing tattoo(hello@thebrowconnection.com.au) before making your appt. Otherwise, your appointment may be declined, and you could lose your deposit.
